Hops are a great way to relax in the evening after a long day! These hops are grown on 20 foot trellises on our farm. Add a few of them (no more than four or else they get bitter!) to your sleeping tea and prepare yourself for a great nights sleep! Or use them in your next ferment that needs some hop flavor.
